 I got the new Revlon colourburst matte balm in striking (240) and it is my perfect shade of orange red... can't wait to wear it!

Wednesday

 Really feeling my new top from George, it's nice to wear something loose once in a while!

 I realised that my old chloe sunglasses matched the top exactly, which is always a bonus!

Thursday

 The last time I wore this dress I felt frumpy because of the peplum so after much deliberation about keeping it or selling it, I just decided to cut the peplum off.

Necklines still the same though! I felt so outrageous for cutting up a designer dress, but there are some many things I like about it that I really didn't want to sell it! anyway, I'm glad I did it because I love the way it looks now!

 Nirvana were my band. They were my true love, I was passionate about them, but because I was a 11 year old girls who wore a size 16 I could never ever get a girls Nirvana t-shirt, I had to get mens itchy, boxy, fruit of the loom style t-shirts.

 It may be 21 years later, but the desire to own a ladies Nirvana t-shirt has obviously not left me, because when I saw this in Primark my heart skipped a beat! Even more so because it's a super soft, grey marl kind of fabric which is pretty much identical to my favourite top I had in the 90's. Nostalgia central! Suffice it to say that I listened to Nirvana all day. The skirt is a vintage one I got from ebay for 99p!

I put on my old essie neon nail varnish to match the top, but it chipped of almost immediately. Total pants!

 The plan today was to go to the breakfast club for brunch (hence the swing dress!) but the queue was so long I just couldn't be arsed. It's pancake day this week so I'll do my own bacon and pancake feast!

 Bless the boyf for taking a couple of snaps. I do seem to pull faces when someone else is doing the pictures eh?!
